OUR MISSION

At Balanced FC, our mission is to inspire and nurture the next generation of footballers by placing the children at the core of everything we do. Our passionate coaches are dedicated to developing strong, resilient players with winning mindsets both on and off the pitch.

We believe young players in Essex, who have big dreams of ‘making it’ in football deserve a chance to experience premium level coaching - which is often only found in central London or top academies.

Brett Lambourne

Oskar has been training with Balanced FC (part of the emerging setup) now for about 6 weeks and loves every minute. Oskar goes with a smile on his face and finishes with a smile on his face. The right balance of hard work, discipline and fun with some of the best coaching I have experienced to date with Kenzer & Phil. They are also there for general advice with the players best interest at heart.

My son trailed a few clubs early this year, Balance Fc being one of them. From the first trail he was sold and desperate to join. Thankfully he got through and was invited to be part of the team. He has loved every single session and is so excited for the season to start. As parents all you want is for your child to be happy, and understood. Our son has never been happier in his football. He loves the coaches, the training and set up, and all the other children.
